Terms & Conditions
Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize to
‘Win a VIP Oxegen Experience with Alka-Seltzer’:
1. The closing date for receipt of entries is Friday, 25th June 2010 at 5pm.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the Republic of Ireland.
3. The prize is two weekend tickets to Oxegen 2010 including Oxegen camping tickets for two people for two nights.
4. Entries are to be submitted by adding the competition video to the www.alkaseltzer.ie website.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
7. No purchase of Alka-Seltzer is necessary.
8. The winner will be drawn from the highest on-line votes. One vote per person.
9. There will be one winner & one prize.
10. The winner will be notified by email on Monday 10th June 2010. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, The Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize awarded to the second place entry or to forfeit the prize.
11. The prize is not transferable, no alternatives will be offered and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The prize excludes any form of: (a) of insurance. (b) Accommodation extras (c) travel to and from the destination (d) personal expenses and spending money.
13. The Promoter, takes no responsibility for any postal delay or delivery failure due to any reason whatsoever.
14. The prize will be delivered at the address provided by the winner in accordance with condition 13
15. The judge’s decision in relation to any matter relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All entrants agree by entering this competition that in case of winning their name shall be displayed on the www.alkaseltzer.ie website and entered into any related publicity by the Promoter.
17. All entries will be subject to standards check by website administrators.
19. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or awarding the prize.
20. The Promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion in the event of circumstances beyond their control arising which in their opinion make it desirable so to do, to cancel the competition at any stage not later than the closing date and without prior notice to the entrants.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without proper notice and to substitute prizes with items of similar value.
22. By entering the competition entrants are bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
23. In the event of a dispute the Promoter’s decision is final.
24. The Promoter is Consumer Care Division of Bayer Ltd., The Atrium, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland.
25. This competition is open to everyone over 18 except employees of the Bayer Ltd, their advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families.
