Feverish

A fever refers to an evaluation in body temperature.  Technically any body temperature above the normal temperature (37.5C) is considered to be elevated.

Symptoms of Feverishness

  • Chills
  • Shivering
  • Sweating

Causes of Feverishness

  • Infections (influenza etc.)
  • Medicines
  • Trauma and Injury
  • Damage to tissue
  • Other Medical conditions – cancer, arthritis, metabolic disorder etc.
